I do not offer mindset training or performance optimization. Instead, I lead a structured inquiry into where you’re out of alignment — emotionally, cognitively, and environmentally. My role is to help you examine patterns you’ve internalized, environments you’ve adapted to, and assumptions you’ve been operating under without realizing it.

My inquiry is both strategic and diagnostic.

We work on decisions, your executive narrative, potential pivots AND we identify the root of why something has felt off or stuck for so long.

Most coaches stay within a single dimension: mindset, somatics, or career strategy.

I do not.

I track multiple dimensions at once: what you’re saying (or not saying), how you’re feeling, what your body is communicating, and which systems or relationships are reinforcing the issue.

This is why the work can move quickly, because we’re not isolating one piece of the puzzle. We’re working with the full context.

Unlike coaches loyal to organizational goals or trending frameworks, my allegiance is always to the individual.

I don’t nudge clients toward assimilation, compliance, or “best practices.” I help them recognize what’s true for them and what’s no longer tolerable, so they can move forward with bold clarity and without self-betrayal.

This masterclass is designed as a live experience. The hot seats and real-time work are what make it transformational, so I strongly encourage attending live.

Will you tell me what career or job title is right for me?

No, and honestly that's not the right question. A job title doesn't determine whether you'll feel fulfilled, your alignment with the work inside it does.
